Exceptional Results
Over my the last two decades, I have been fortunate to work with clients and organizations that recognize the direct link between business success and developing employees and teams to their fullest potential. The results have been recongnized and commended:
- I consulted with the leaders at a large consumer services corporation on the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide competency system that was instrumental in earning that company the coveted “Malcolm Baldridge Award”.
- I developed the Performance Management System for a high-tech company that was ultimately translated into 8 languages and implemented globally.
- My behind-the-scenes work producing materials for a substantial “Employee On-Boarding” initiative at a major Massachusetts Healthcare Organization helped that work team earn two corporate awards for excellence.
- I researched and compiled a report for the Health, Safety, and Environment arm of a global pharma company that was featured in that corporation’s annual report.
I have worked with Susan on a number of projects dealing with creating and developing future
organizational leaders. Her ability to understand the project requirements, build effective solutions, and facilitate the implementation of these solutions resulted in products and services that were of immense value to the organization.

Susan Vitale’s class was TREMENDOUS. Susan brought so much knowledge to the class and concentrated on relevant skills and information that I think many people – regardless of whether or not they’re involved directly with project management work – can bring to their work. She was a dynamic teacher and provided a great balance of class participation and activities to help us better absorb the information. Susan was fantastic. Working with Susan is a pleasure. Her style is collaborative and easy going. She has a way of allowing her great ideas to naturally emerge in the conversation just at the right time.
